We facilitate off-site meetings and training sessions of all types. The Creative Problem Solving Process, lead by strategic planning facilitators, includes brainstorming, focusing on doing the most promising concepts and getting it done with effective plans. Your organization can be as involved in the creative process as you want. Every staff member can be involved, leave it to a cross-functional team or involve only senior management. We are professional facilitators, able to bring out your best ideas and write the most effective tactical plans. You can participate in your company sessions rather than leading them.
