A 24-year-old singer-songwriter based in Toronto. Nico’s original and cover music is thought of as “acoustic alt-pop”. She puts a twist on any music that inspires her to sing, whether it’s rock, new wave, doo-wop, rock n’ roll, folk, or contemporary pop hits. She’s been influenced by musicians/bands including but not limited to: Placebo, Meiko, Kings of Leon, the Cure, the Beatles, Cracker, and the Silversun Pickups.
